Hello

Simplicity.

Adherence.

Results.

Health and fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. I have experienced first-hand the various obstacles and challenges faced on a health journey, and can attest to the positive impact it has on every aspect of one's life. As a personal trainer and health professional, I believe in making this journey as simple and enjoyable as possible for each of my clients, addressing each individual's unique needs and goals. I have experience with online, one-on-one, semi-private, and group training sessions, all with clients ranging from 10 to 80 years old.

In 2006, I was diagnosed with a genetic heart condition called Prolonged QT Syndrome Type 2. The new physical restrictions and required medication for the diagnosis ultimately led to a sedentary lifestyle. On June 10, 2015, a friend of mine, Nick, invited me to workout with him at a little gym in Ocean City, Maryland. He had mentioned that he too had gone through similar weight and health struggles in the past and was willing to help me start my fitness journey. I reluctantly agreed to go, eventually getting sick from deadlifting 135 pounds. When I returned from the restroom, Nick looked at me, gave me a fist bump, and said, "I am proud of you. It may be hard now, but you go this." From that moment on, my life has never been the same. Since then, I have been on a health journey that has left me feeling better physically than I could have imagined. In 2020, I made the decision to become a Certified Personal Trainer, hoping that I could be someone’s Nick and provide the guidance necessary for them to prove to themselves that they have what it takes to achieve their health and fitness goals.

Additionally, I am a lover of the arts and have worked on-stage and behind the scenes at nationally recognized professional theatres along the East Coast. The Baltimore Orioles are my favorite sports team (and giving me gray hairs), Batman is the greatest character in literature, and I strongly believe pets and animals exist to remind us of the beauty in life.

Starting your health journey can be intimidating. That being said, you already have taken the most difficult step...taking action to start!
