"I am 77 years old and have a number of physical challenges. Both of my knees have been replaced, one hip has been replaced and due to a difficult hip revision, my left leg is a half inch shorter than my right leg, requiring me to wear corrective shoes. When I started with Matt over 6 months ago, I was impressed by the diligence he showed over the first 6 or so sessions to determine what I was capable of doing and what levels of resistance various exercises could tolerate. Matt never has me doing an exercise without telling me why we are doing it and the level we are working at and the expected benefit. He continually asks me how I am feeling during my workout and stopping me if he believes it looks like an exercise is taxing me more than it should be. Matt is also attentive to the way I am doing an exercise to assure the correct technique is being used. I am pleased at the progress I have made and can tell how much better I feel each day. I am convinced over the long term this is going to add to my quality of life, which was why, with the permission from my orthopedic surgeon I decided to try using a trainer. I would recommend Matt to anyone for training, his professional skills are outstanding. "
